Expanding rapidly, Symplicity’s International group is a critical part of its growth strategy. That’s why our Sales Enablement team is so important—it’s an integral extension of our Sales leaders, responsible for helping to process and administer deals, supporting our operational processes and supporting our sales team with Sales Force and data analysis. We’re seeking a talented Sales Enablement professional who will work closely with multiple internal clients (Sales, Finance and Finance Operations, CRM/ERP, Contracts) as well as with external clients as needed. This role will be internal facing and located in Arlington, VA reporting to the Vice President of Operations. The candidate will be a key part of the International Operations team.
-Ownership of forecasting activities with sales reps and channel partners
-Serve as a central point of contact in our headquarter office for all business and International activities abroad with resellers. The International Sales Operations Analyst will develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Finance, Operations, Contracts, and Marketing to ensure successful operations.
-CRM/ERP report development/analysis and dashboard creation/update
-Support of on-boarding/training for our field sales reps and channel partners
-Assist field sales reps and channel partners with inquiries including resources/documentation, CRM/ERP and other tools, key components of the sales process such as pricing, contracts and renewals
-Support operations leadership with special projects including renewal process, annual planning activities, sales analysis, sales rep level performance
-Provide necessary data analysis to support marketing and sales campaigns, territory planning, and white-space analysis
-Liaise with cross functional teams (client care team, marketing, channel team, etc.) to ensure updates and necessary communications with the sales team
-Generally, support the international go to market teams in accelerating a growing book of business by minimizing inefficiencies, solving operational or organizational challenges, and upgrading how business gets done
-Reconciliation of sales and renewal actuals with Finance and Operations
