Behavioral Health Professional (Located in Bullhead City, AZ)
Sign-On Bonus of $1,000 Offered for Behavioral Health Professionals!
Provides screening, assessment, treatment planning, case management, crisis intervention, individual and/or group counseling services to substance abuse, seriously mentally ill adults in an outpatient setting.
Case Manager – Adult & Child/Adol Services (Located in Bullhead City, AZ)
Provide direct services in the home or office. Interventions may be 1:1 and group based. Performs crisis stabilization functions. Assists consumer in resourcing with the community. Conducts assessments and completes necessary paperwork. Serves as central support for SMI adult and child/adol clients. Performs case management functions as needed. These functions may include respite services, behavior coaching, consumer medication monitoring, clinical care coordination between resources within and outside the agency.
